Genosha, officially the Republic of Genosha, is a small crescent-shaped island located to the northeast of Madagascar, on the eastern coast of Africa in the Indian Ocean. The island has two major cities, Carrion Cove and Hammer Bay, the capital city. Its landmass covers 1,286 square miles.
It was thrown into a state of turmoil when in early 2019, X-Force carried out a small raid that lead to the populous overthrowing the authoritarian and anti-mutant government.
