Sometime in the mid 2000s, she was presumed to be kidnapped and unfindable by the X-Men. In reality, she faked her kidnapping to further plans to bring back Apocalypse. She would eventually pretend to be the captive of a cult worshiping Apocalypse, and was rescued by Team Metal in 2019. She would then spend some time trying to bring down Xavier by slowly manipulating his mind to cause a tumor to develop in his brain. She would then attempt to bring about Apocalypse, but was stopped by the X-Men and Team Metal. Kitty Pryde would rip out her heart.
